Ana Lavrinc has been a healthcare clown with RED NOSES Slovenia since 2010 and also serves as Assistant Artistic Director. A graduate in anthropology, Ana combines her academic background with a deep commitment to artistic expression, dedicating herself full-time to her work with RED NOSES. From time to time, she also takes part in external clowning and acting projects.

Over the years, Ana has attended numerous clowning and acting workshops both within and outside the RED NOSES network. She joined the Emergency Smile International team approximately eight years ago.

For Ana, clowning—especially in hospital settings and on international missions—is not just a profession, but a personal journey. 'Working with such sensitive groups, and in intense situations, pushes me to grow and become a better version of myself every day,' she says.
