Jan Šprynar has been a RED NOSES healthcare clown since 2010 and joined the Emergency Smile International team in 2015. He is a professional actor, clown, and educator with a rich background in drama and circus arts.

Jan studied Drama Education at the Theatre Academy in Brno and worked as an actor at Divadlo Polárka from 2008 to 2011. Since 2010, he has also performed with the entertainment agency Klaun Family, bringing laughter to audiences of all ages.

In addition to his clowning, Jan is a skilled juggling instructor and creates his own juggling props, including flowersticks. He teaches drama in education, walks on stilts, and even rents out a circus tent — embodying a life fully immersed in performance and play.

Jan brings his creative flair, humour, and a true passion for connection to every performance, whether in a hospital room or on an international mission.
