Marija is an actress and musician from Lithuania. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Cinema Acting from Klaipėda University. Since 2012, she has been actively involved in Lithuanian theatre, participating in numerous performances across the country.

In 2016, Marija and her colleagues founded a female-centred feminist band, which continues to perform regularly at festivals and various venues. That same year, she pursued her passion for humanitarian work by delivering artistic workshops for children in the village of Moria, in The Gambia.

Today, Marija dedicates most of her time to theatre, performing with her band, and finding innovative ways to support children in Moria. She became a RED NOSES clown in June 2019 and joined the Emergency Smile International team in January 2021.
