Salomé Morand has been one of Emergency Smile International’s Heads of Mission since March 2025. Her journey in the humanitarian field began in 2020 in Greece, where she worked in several displacement camps across Lesvos and the mainland. Over the years, she collaborated with four different organisations, taking on roles ranging from volunteer to project coordinator.

Her heart beats for community, connection, and compassion—values nurtured through her long-time involvement in scouting. Her scout name? Caring Flamingo—a perfect reflection of her gentle strength and bright spirit.
